  • Welcome to 8th Grade Social Studies!!

     
    Hi, I am Mary Kaczmarowski and this is my 20th year teaching in Deer Valley.  I have taught Social Studies and Math to 7th and 8th graders.
     
    The focus of Social Studies is using historical decisions and events to sharpen skills in making observations and statements based in fact and analyzing other perspectives to discern opinions.
     
    Our class will offer students the chance to master the standards for Arizona's College and Career Readiness.  I look forward to working together so that our students succeed.
