Mr. Tony Hamilton
Welcome!
My name is John Anthony Hamilton, I go by the name "Tony". I was born in Texas in 1963, and came to Phoenix in 1964. I grew up in Paradise Valley and attended Shadow Mountain High School. Graduated in 1981. At that time, I continued my education and baseball life to Grand Canyon College. After attending College for 2 years and playing baseball for 1 year, I decided to take a break in 1983. I went back to Grand Canyon College/University in 1987 to complete my degree (B.S.) My major was Exercise Science with a Business Marketing Degree.
I have been the Deer Valley Unified School District for 22 years and have been teaching altogther for 26 years. I had taught at Desert Sky Middle School (1992-2004), and presently at Boulder Creek High School ( 2004 - present).
I have coached football and softball at Boulder Creek in the past 12 years, along with teaching numerous of cousres (i.e., U.S. History. Health, P.E. and World History). I am also currently the Athletic Director at West Wing Elementary in the Deer Valley District.
