Boulder Creek High School Graduation Information 2025
May 15, 2025 – 1:30 p.m.

(Doors open 1 hour before ceremony)
There is NO clear bag policy, but bags could be subject to search as guests enter through the magnetometers.

Graduation is held at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona
Graduation Information from Senior Meetings & Parent Communication
Senior Yearbook Photos:
- Make a Grads Photography reservation for your yearbook photo at .
- Photos must be taken by November 18, 2024. You cannot send them in—they MUST be taken here!
Diploma Names:
- Your diploma name will be the name as it appears in PowerSchool. We request that you double-check your name by logging into PowerSchool from the browser (NOT the app) as we need to have you see your full name. The diploma should have the student's legal name. If PowerSchool is incorrect, please email Tracy Wood at tracy.wood@dvusd.org by the end of November. After that date, diplomas will be ordered and names will reflect what is currently in PowerSchool. If you have any questions, please refer them to Mrs. Wood.
Graduation Products:
- Jostens is the graduation products vendor.
- The rep is Matt Hatten. Phone number: 602 765-7227
- Cap and Gown and graduation products can be ordered online @ or by calling Jostens @ 1 800 567-8367 or in person at their Phoenix office Address: 114827 N. Cave Creek Rd. Suite #4.
- Graduation products, including caps and gowns. Products will be delivered in early March.

January Senior Meeting Information
This information will be shared with our seniors during flex time on January 29th in the Main Gym for all Seniors
- Graduation Senior Address Audition March 5, 2025 @ 2:30 PM in the Mini Auditorium. Sign up to audition starting February 2025 at Mrs. Wood's desk in the office.
- Graduation Song/National Anthem Audition March 3, 2024 @ 2:20 PM in the Choir Room. Sign up to audition starting February 2025 at Mrs. Wood's desk in the office.
