Mrs. Maddie Hamblen
Hi there, I'm Mrs. Hamblen and I teach Special Education. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's in Special and Elementary Education. When you walk in my classroom you will notice all of the bright colors and inspriring quotes. I know most students can't believe I have a life outside of school, but I do. Painting, cleaning, reading and napping are a few of the things I love because they are relaxing. Currently, I have been crafting a bunch to get ready for the school year. When it comes to teaching I believe in building strong relationships that tap into student passions and provide relevancy that allows students to make connections to the curriculum. I champion what is best for students in all decisions and I model lifelong learning in my personal and professional life. I am so excited to start the school year and be your teacher.
